Our professional dog grooming service includes a bath, teeth brushing, nail trimming, eye and ear cleaning, brushing and de-shedding, hand stripping and a specialty haircut, we take the stress and worry out of dog grooming by taking time to get to know your dog and ensure they are comfortable before beginning our grooming process.

​Your dog’s welfare is our number one priority. As such, we may modify or forego some services such as de-matting and stripping if it causes your dog pain. We will always inform you of any issues and recommend the most painless solution to keep your dog healthy and comfortable.

​We understand that every dog is unique. It’s our pleasure to work with dogs that have unique behavioral or medical needs. For example, we may take more time to establish trust with your dog and gradually build up to our standard grooming procedures. It would help us greatly if you let us know about your dog’s temperament beforehand. We can then take the best route to grooming your pet.

We offer a grooming service in a calm and and fully equipped Salon in the middle of beautiful St. Ives.

Your dog will be the only dog present in the salon at the time of their groom.
